Hi, I’m Tarah and I created this membership because I was you.

I’ve been a health coach and personal trainer for over 15 years, working with thousands of women, but a couple of years ago, I hit a wall.

Despite doing everything “right,” I felt off. I was exhausted, puffy, frustrated, and didn’t even recognize myself in the mirror. My sex drive disappeared, my motivation dropped, and my workouts weren’t working.

What worked in my 20s and early 30s just… stopped working. I felt embarrassed—like I should’ve had it all figured out.

But the truth is: our hormones change, and no one teaches us how to work with them.

So I set out to change that. I started learning everything I could about hormone health, perimenopause, metabolism, and strength training for women 35+.

I used what I learned to rebuild my own energy, confidence, and body and then brought those strategies to the women I coach.

Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women stop spinning their wheels and start seeing real results - more energy, better sleep, strength they can feel, and a body that finally starts working with them again.
